- Acouple of years ago someone on this list came up with what they call a recipe for a generic Waxoyl equivelent. Wax/kerosene/and other stuffs as I recall. Seemed perfectly reasonably reasonable to me

- I have seen the post also, but I note that it did not include any rust-inhibitors. I suspect that it is not as effective as the real Waxoyl. Now it may be possible to add some extra chemicals to make
