I'm sure that Bill S. will jump in here as he has first hand experience. Tell your machinist that you are within stock bore dimensions ... the Factory Work Shop Manual indicates that oversize piston

Thanks for the reply. Your right about the bore specs in the manual--I should have done the math earlier. If I can locate the right rod/piston combo, I'm set. I believe this is a good machinist but
