- Since it's a white top anyway and choride bleach kills mildew, that could be a choice. Outside, in well ventilated space, then let the sun bleach it, too. You also could try a paste of water and dish

- I see bleach has already been mentioned... I've had good success removing mildew in the past on my pop-up camper with Castrol Superclean. I'd test a small inconspicuous spot first (if possible). -- K

- My favorite mildew remover (magic!) is Zep mold & mildew from Home Depot. It works instantly. But for simple cleaning anything white, Wesley's Bleeche-White works really well and has never let me dow
