Can anybody tell me what the original dash of a mk2 sprite looks I have a sprite mkIIA (I'm not sure if the "A" was an Australian thing or what but they had disc brakes and !OCG engines) and the dash

That is correct. The MkIII dash is completely different. Yes, the 'A' suffix is an Australian-only distinction Mike

According to my copy of "Original Sprite and Midget" the MkII dash and instruments were "slightly revised from those of the Mk I." The pictures in the book look kind of like your description, however
