well unless you bought and installed one i doubt you have it. it is a filter that goes into you top rad hose. i think i got mine at cat radiators. look for them on the internet. also CAT the tiger sh

WOW!. Since it's a new radiator, and a new filter, you must have a pretty crudded up block. Suggest you try a radiator shop with a Parnelli Jones (or some race driver) power scrubbing back flush on
