- I was playing with my ignition timing yesterday, and after I checked the point gap, I could not get a spark. Can't seem to find where the problem lies. *points are opening and closing ok *suspected

- I found the problem. There is a thin cloth covered wire that runs from the point post to the terminal on the side of the distributor (-ve coil). This wire was very saggy so I swapped it for one off a
