Hi Bruce, They do have a lockout, in that the 3/4 gear switch is supposed to keep the OD from operating in other gears. The trouble seems to arise when the solenoid gets stuck, thus keeping the unit

You say you have a B downstairs with back-up lights - is it a GT? THe issue is whether the B convertible had them but the GT in 67 !

As has been said before. You don't need any additional switches or relays if you have the O/D installed as it was in the factory, i.e. with the lockout switch fitted to the gearbox to ensure that O/D
