- With the head off, you can ease it past the top edge of the block. Well, I'm using a 1-1/8" box wrench, which is pretty long.... Gonna douse it in penetrant for a couple of days and see if that help

- You might have to use a large ViceGrip to clamp that wrench onto the nut to avoid breaaking the wrench end. That is exactly the technique I use for very stubborn flare nuts with slightly rounded corn
