A quick thought,--top end problems can lead to low pres also. Maybe too much clearance in the rocker bushes could be dropping pres? Just a thought,--Bob C

I was wondering if they were any after market gage to read the oil pressure something a little bit more precise than the normal Boolean (it might be ok/you are screwed) light bulb? Thanks, cyrille

For a 1978/79 Midget, I prefer something that matches the original gauges. Watch ebay for an 1978-79 MGB mechanical oil pressure gauge. It has the same face, needle, & number font as the Midget gauge
