Well, problems galore for me. I finally got the carbs set right and figured out that the alternator's not working right. OK, i can live with the alternator for now. Main problem is the poor running.

Even though you replaced them last fall, I'd look at replacing the cap, rotor and plug wires. It sounds like you've got an insulation breakdown or carbon tracking in the cap. Some ideas on tracking
