First, you have to determine whether the engine was really overheating or if its just the gauge giving a false indication of overheating. If its really overheating, there should be symptoms like pres

What does "temp gauge goes to hot" mean to you? Is the needle over the little white bar on the right? If not, it's not hot. The "N" should be removed from all the MGB gauges. The normal range is the
