- I plan to repaint my cylinder head and timing cover. I understand to need to get both totally degreased and perhaps bead blasted. Once I have prepared them for painting I have to admit I am uncertain

- Jim--Plasticote makes a decent engine spray paint. Good up to 500 deg. I did my valve cover several years ago and it's held up well. I used the Satin finish. Several colors were available back then.
