That certainly sounds like a fuel delivery problem. The most obvious suspect is the fuel filter, so replace it. Another test worth trying is to leave the gas cap open, see if that has any effect on

How old is the coil? those things aren't immortal and I've had failing ones exhibit behavior similar to what you describe. second choice would be a clogged fuel filter or crudded up fuel pump. Paul

Well I replace fuel filter; but that wasn't the problem. replaced the coil, seem to have power back, but I also noticed petronix ignition was over gapped so I corrected that, now of course it skips v

Of course it could be anyone of these, but I greatly doubt it is fuel-related. Instead, I am pretty sure it is ignition. In fact, I'd lay a bet it is the pertronics. Try changing the condenser, then
