I'm getting the rack ready to install, mainly I just want to know, if it seems to work fine, is there still some basic maintenance i should do to it? I know it takes 90 weight through a grease zirk,

Since the rack is off the car it's easy. Stand the rack on end, loosen the boot and pour in some 90wt. Tighten the boot then do the same for the other end. Boat shops also sell a oil type grease alon
