Yup, I got one too... I haven't yanked it apart,yet. I've been waiting for the weather to moderate a bit. I think tha the rattle MAY be from the rod that holds the door track together. I'll get into

Sounds as if you need to replace the worn parts. On my TR4 the parts were still good enough that loosening the screws and moving the parts fixed the problem. Don' know if that is posssible on a TR6.
