I found Franks post on the stuff. It's called Slick Sand. No mention of the manufacture but I believe it's Evercoat. "I just use some sprayable polyester resin type stuff called "Slick Sand"". Greg

I'ts a polyester primer, all the paint companies make it. Slick-sand, Kwik-fill, Feather-fill, Quicksand etc.I use it all the time on these rusted hulks, it's especially good at sealing the 45 year
