Hello list, does anybody use the rev kits with their camshaft anymore, I never have used them and don"t know if they are any advantage or not. Also does anybody have any experience with the Chet Herb

Yes Larry I do use the rev kits on all small blocks.....Gary Allen does too....he owns the 300 in the front of the liner. I also ran Herbert cams in hemis for a long time. He makes a good cam. Skip H

For what it is worth...most rev kits i have seen and it has been a while.. have about 80 Lbs or so at the lifter with the valve open.. If you devide that out by the rocker ratio.. 1.75 for arguments
