I'm going to speak from experience... street, autocross, and racing. I believe a rear bar is not necessary at all, unlesss you've gone way too big on the front bar. I agree with removing some leafs

You will also need to think about what you plan to do about the range the dampers are operating in with those softer springs you plan to fit? Also you need to think about the effect the anti-roll bar

All my suspension (actually the entire car) was completely rebuilt within the last 9-months. I have all poly bushing front and back (except for the 1/4 spring eye). The front/rear springs were 'new',
