Mike, I took this off List Quest archives. One of those FAQ's from T Walter. Are you just trying to get the rotor/hub assembly off the car? i.e. so you can repack the wheel bearings)? They do "stick"

Should be able to. Find someplace that will set them up carefully in the brake lathe and turn just enough off to clean them up. Make 3 or 4 light passes rather than the one big one they normally like

I finally pull the front brakes apart. What a mess. Front calipers are leaking -AND- frozen, so I'm guessing my only brakes have been the rears. Good thing I haven't been able to drive the car, eh? T
