I just bought a 74.5 rubber bumper b gt, rust free car. the vin # is GHD5UE361164G...can any one tell me how many were made or imported? what the differences are to a reg bgt, and how many were made.

especially I read somewhere that the decision to remove the rubber bumper GT from North America (US) was emissions related. Seems that the GT, due to the extra weight, could not pass the EPA requirem
