You can't blast chrome it must be stripped via reverse plating. The suspension parts can be blasted with glass bead or aluminum oxide. Depending on the size of your compressor it can take quite a whi

I was under the impression that the chrome plating was removed by a chemical bath or electrolysis at the platers (tho' I could be wrong about that) As far as removing paint and rust from little stuff
