I agree. With the 5 point harnesses, they can tend to ride up off of your hips when you tighten up the shoulder harness belts. I ended up routing the belts in such way through the seat as to keep the

I agree that a 4-point harness will ride up but a 5-point should not. The "submarine" strap should be adjusted to keep the lap belts low across your hips. When I installed by 5-point harness I adjust
