I have to comment since that sounds very much like mine when I bought it 12 years ago. My advice, if you do choose to get it, would be to fix the rust and get it painted first, then do the engine, in

Greg, I agree with those that have stated that saving a Mk I MGB is an honorable thing. However, you need to be aware that (if you intend to keep the car original) replacing things like non-original
