What about using a Pirelli 130/70 ZR 16 front tire on the rear of your Sportster? Of course you'd still need to do something about the front, probably shaving a V-rated 19" tire. I've been looking at

The process is done by tire shops equipped to true tires, make sure that the person doing it really understands what he is doing, I had a 8.00 X 18 Indy tire ruined by an aggressive operator.
