- '74.5 tr6;installing new petronix ignitor coil along with magnecor 8.5mm leads; have prior installed petronix electronic ignition. I know with new set up a wider plug gap is possible and beneficial.

- j.--The 8.5mm wires could be a tight squeeze getting in to the standard Lucas distributor cap. Try .030 plug gaps. Wider gaps are possible with a CD ignition. Your ignition only sends one spark to ea
