- Hello Paul.. Did you just get rid of the one that was there originally?? or i guess bypass?? Do you still have the part # of the coil ?? I guess the pertronix needs min. of 3 ohms..for a 4 clynder..

- Some coils have built in resistance. If it doesn't you can burn the electronics. Only the Petronix II doesn't need resistance and they don't make that for our cars. Mike /// datsun-roadsters@autox.te
