As an FYI, Rob Guerra will be offering a 525# front coil spring in the near future. It would appear that there's a need for a coil spring in between the 450# (stock) and the 600# (filling rattler). R

Hi Rodney, The stock springs were closer to 300 pounds per inch. The CAT springs calculate out to 335 pounds per inch or so, and then there are springs that are for the seriously competition-inclined

I also had a problem with a soft, bouncy front end. I was seriously considering a spring replacement, but instead I swapped out my shocks for Rick's Koni's (at $150 each). Big difference. No need for

Theo, if my memory serves me right, the stock springs were something like 265 ppi. I purchased a set of CAT 335 ppi and they were too soft for my purposes. You could tell the differences between the

Isn't a lot of the "nose dive" inherent in a Tiger due to the trailing front lower control arms? You don't see trailing front control arms used in more modern suspensions eg: Mustang II, etc. Bob H B

That's part of the problem, for sure. However, that effect goes away as you compress the suspension, and after the pivots (the fulcrum pin and the ball joint) are horizontal with each other, the effe
