Are you referring to removing the separating the tie rod end from the tie rod? If so, it's identical to the Sprite. Unscrew the large nut on the tie rod the back out the tie rod. There should be a t

If the joint that you are talking about is the taper fit between the ball joint and the steering arm then the method I have used succesfully is 1. undo the nut a couple of turns 2. pre-load the taper
