Does the '67 have a plate on either side? Mine had none, but then, someone had made a botched job of trying to keep her running in the past and I suspect the rack had been removed at some point. Also

L & S, I just did my Bugeye and the right side (passenger side in the US) had a spacer but not the left side. It drove great before the rebuild but have not driven it yet this year. Still salt in Wis

For what it is worth the steering rack on our car came from the factory with only one spacer. Have never tried to figure out why but believe it is on the driver side. Can check it next week, the car
