- i thought 8-track players were only around in the 70's and early 80's. also, i thought FM radios only started showing up in cars in the 80's. but, i could be mistaken. == nikolai jaremka 72 spitfire

- I had a '71 Maverick that had the original radio in it and it was only AM. My mom's '77 Ford Granada Ghia came with AM/FM radion-no 8-track. Laura G.

- My buddy Bill has a '66 Mustang (Lil' Susie)-and his original radio was just a radio-no 8Track-just AM. His dad bought it now and now he has it for restoration...sweet...
