hi, what is the most effective way of loosening stuck bolts(on a budget)? I don't want to strip the drain plug, it's really stuck! I see a little rust on the threads. it's a 73 spitfire, it is a 7/16

Stuck?? ...trying to remove it by hand with a wrench? I regularly expect to loosen my drain plugs with foot pressure on the wrench. I loosen them before I jack it up to clear the drain pan. wrench in
