Jim, from what I recollect, that tank seal ain't much. Some duct tape and fingernail polish or the like. It ain't much but it better still be there, unbroken, when visiting inspection. Now, the cylin

They'll put a dab or four of nail polish on your tank cover. Maybe some duct tape, too. Enough that you can't get into the tank, and just the right amount to let others know that you're running a leg
