I'm pretty sure it is a bolt in, especially if it came from a Lotus Cortina. But my understanding of that Lotus eng. Is that it is a dual over head cam modification to the basic Kent eng. Dave Bean

The fastest old Morgan here in the SE.. (I would bet in the country..) is a 4/4 with a twin-cam. Belongs to "Super Dave" Bondon. It is a real Porsche Killer. Dave used to race the Morgan SLR- sold it

I will cover all bets as to the fastest Morgan in the Country. My money= is on my father's (Malcolm Terry) 1959 +4 (6). It is equiped with a 274= c.i. Chevrolet V-6 which makes 327 h.p. at 6000 rpm.
