185/70/R13 Dunlop on LAT-9's give anout 1/2 inch clearance on the front lip. They will just touch the upper inside of the rear fender of the opposite side when jacking the rear very high. As the net

You can stuff more wheel under the front with 15" and even more with 16" or 17" wheels, because you can increase the negative offset. I am calibrated in rear spacing, not offset, but for 15" wheels,
