Why not? Those balancers are very accurate. It is a computer balanced operation. Once a week I calabrate our tire machine for accuracy. Very rarely is it off. Usually only when it gets moved for shop

If tire balancing machines work like an engine balancing machine the speed of rotation has nothing to do with the quality of the job. You can spin an engine rotating assembly at 500 rpm to balance it
