I have 175/70s on stock rims and I am happy with them. They are just about the same diameter as the stock tires, so the speedo, etc. will not be affected. My car had 165/80s when I got it. I do not r

It probably has something to do with lb per square inch. I figured out years ago that my old VW squareback got around better in fresh snow than all of those guys with huge tires on their jacked up Br
