Peter, A good mobile welding person should be able to repair this with no problem, its not that specialized. I would suggest getting the frame as high as possible in order to give the welder more roo

DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE THE GAS TANK!! I know people have done it with the tank in the car but its much safer removed. If you must leave the tank fill it to the top with gas to remove as much of the

I had a similar problem on my 1974 TR6 this spring. should be pulled from the frame. For an adequate repair, the body can be left on the frame, assuming that the welder has appropriate heat shielding
