- Sounds like a clutch or your hydraulic system has air due to a leak or wear. Look for leaks, if you find none, you can try bleeding your clutch. If that does not work, then it would be a good time to

- For me, I noticed clutch problems first when I was trying to go into reverse. The other gears all worked fine, but reverse was a bear, then it progressed to the others. Mine was a hydraulic problem.
