Sounds to me like the needle valve is sticking open (unless you have Grosse (sp?) Jets). If it was pump pressure you'd probably have problems with both carbs. Even though it sounds like you've replac

sticking needles? try tapping the carb with the handle of a screwdriver when it overflows and see if that's what's happening. Easy stuff first, then hard stuff. Do you have gross jets? They can help
