You definitely DO NOT want to pry up or loosen the head in anyway. This will very like ruin the copper gasket and make your leak worse. I would highly suggest retorquing the head. I would also sugge

Allen, this is a common problem on the 100/4 they almost always leak right at the engine ID plate. We have a special head gasket available that will not leak when used with the special hardened head
