- i had a small leak at the top of the water pump on my tr7. ordered the 3 different thickness gaskets from v.b. replaced with all three. that must have been my mistake, because now it leaks worse ! so

- According to my Haynes, you should refit the housing without a gasket, install the bolts finger tight only and adjust them until the gap between the housing and the block is even all the way around.
