Hello Spitfire owners - 2 questions - My 78 Spitfire has a bad left rear wheel bearing. I got a bearing set from Spitbits, and am having the work done by a reputable shop, but not one that specialize

As well intentioned as your shop may be, it is very difficult to remove the hubs without using the proper tool and end up not destroying them. Normal pullers put too much stress on the hub surfaces

You can check the archives of the NASS group. One of the members is a machine shop owner and started producing the proper pullers here in the states. I believe he's down in N. Carolina or there about
