I took apart my 71 B (roadster)windshield to polish the frame for clear powder coating, etc., and I'm putting it together and here's the two aluminum visor sockets that go on the tops of the end piec

The small hole is on the top for the visor shaft. The large hole is on the bottom for the spring, cupped washer and stop nut. I removed mine yesterday while r/r'ing the dash. Bud Krueger /// /// mgs

One more thing ... My older w'shield frame (dont know the year) has the various parts attached to the frame with screws. My 71 used steel pop rivets. When I'm replacing them, is pop rivets the proper
