Technical help needed: I replaced my dash and engine compartment wiring harnesses on my 1970 1600. Before doing so, my wipers worked fine but since the new wiring went in, my wipers are acting funny.

There is a "park" position in the wiper motor that is not working properly. I think it's coincidence though. I don't know much else or how to fix it. If you look at a factory manual for another car

There are 3 things that could cause the self park not to work. There is a switch inside the wiper gearbox that is closed when the wipers are everywhere but the park position. It is possible that this
