Turns out it was some corrosion at the fuse block causing the problem. The connection was good enough to allow 12V through to show power with the meter but not enough current could flow through to po

I highly recommend that you do clean all connectors while your at it. This is about a 2 hour job but once its done you won't do it again for years down the road. This is the first thing I do when I
