I found the source of my "head gasket" leaks - a cracked head. It's cracked around the inner circumference of where it meets the liner in Picture is here: http://www.tonydrews.com/Test%20Pics/2012_03

I would say this spot is a dangerous area. If any welding is done it might not help and the whole deck could collapse and would ruin your whole engine. If it were me I would move on to a new head. Ch

Just a quick update on this. The machine shop says they can get one of my stock spares prepared in time for the Mitty. It won't have the demon uncle jack porting, we'll see how much difference that m
