- If you have already tried starting it in gear and driving it around in gear , then the last resort is to let the clutch assembly heat soak as much as possible. Let the engine run for about two hours

- I had that problem years ago and I was told to put the car on jack stands (bad idea come to think of it), put it in gear, start it, rev to around 1500-2000, press clutch in, slam on breaks. It worked

- Jack up right rear wheel only with a good floor jack and get car running and let warm up. Shut off car and put in third gear then re-crank car. Run up to about 3,000 then have helper drop the jack qu

- And assume that you don't have a locked rear end....... Jack up right rear wheel only with a good floor jack and get car running and let warm up. Shut off car and put in third gear then re-crank car.

- This is starting to get Fun...reminds me of when I was 10, and a neighbor gave me her son's Soap Box Derby Racer...It had an oak frame with sheet metal body nailed to it...The car was very 'Pointy'..

- And back to bike days when a friend & I rebuilt the motor in his Bultaco 2stroke with Motoplat ignition (they ran backwards as good as forwards) and when he started it and let the clutch out the bike
