- Well, it was a great day to change the oil. Did that and then decided to replace the gear box oil since it had been 3 years. The Moss catalog says 8.6 pints. I bought a pump to pump the MT90 in behin

- Thanks, I couldn't get the plug out. Only the big brass one with the basket and magnet. So I guess there was one more Qt in there. Should be no problem as what came out seemed clean. But 3 Qts is onl

- The transmission/overdrive capacity is 7.5 pints. This is from an empty unit. If you are only changing the oil I would say that you would need about 3 1/2 qts of oil for the transmission/overdrive. D

- I seriously doubt that even if you pull both plugs you will be able to drain every ounce of oil from the OD and tranny without a power flush which I certainly would not attempt to do on a Healey. Joh
