Hi Keith, I had a similar problem recently on my BJ8 and ended up changing the rocker bushes and rocker shaft. I did notice however after I had bought the new bushes & rocker shaft that the oil feed

Hey Keith, It's probably just a small amount of blow by, rings still bedding in, new engine, shorter trips etc. The only guaranteed solution is to disconnect the breather pipe from the cold air box.

What's a "small amount" Keith? If it's just a haze then it's nothing to worry about - that's what the breather's there for (must admit I haven't looked in the cold air box on the Ward Spl for years!)

Dumb question but is your breather from the rocker/tappet cover baffled, if not oil will usually spray out into your cold air box/air filters as your engine "matures" I've had the same problem on my
