I don't have the specs handy but have about 4000 miles on JE forged pistons and so far so good. A slight amount of smoke upon start up, but it is quickly gone and might not necessarily be the pistons

I think the term "bucket lifters" refers to the use of off the shelf GM lifters, Maybe Buick or Oldsmobile which were used in place of the standard lifters, the OEM lifters are more like heavy slugs,
